Meghan Markle waltzed into the New Year as the style icon she is, visiting SmartWorks (a charity that helps women with job opportunities and affordable clothing) and two major things stood out: Meg was wearing her first "official" maternity dress, and had on a fab pair of ear climber earrings that the press won't stop talking about!
